Nothing here forms a contract. Work starts from a written scope that names the accounts we will touch, what we will measure and how often.
We work by introduction.
Almost all of our work arrives through a client or a partner. We do not cold-call and we hold a few engagements at a time.
Your accounts stay yours.
We work inside the client's own Search Console, hosting, and site. Access is granted by the client and can be withdrawn by the client at any time, and the ledger of what was measured stays with them when the work ends.
We do not guarantee a position or a citation count.
Nobody outside Google or OpenAI controls what those systems return. We commit to the work and to publishing the measurement either way, not to a number.
