A site, the copy structure and the whole search layer are one piece of work here, not two quotations. The studio takes the local-business and small-brand builds, and every client project on this site is built through it.
What we did for QuietFix Studio
A build package rather than a page: layout, copy structure, and a site-wide search layer shipped together.
Payment in four stages, with the deposit taken before any generation is run. That rule exists because we once paid for the generation first.
For work a client wants to read word by word, a private review site: the live site mirrored exactly, every proposed change shown before-and-after, behind a login (2026-09-14).
After launch, a monitoring plan that checks the site daily, so a break is something we tell the client about rather than the other way round.
What keeps it from breaking quietly
Every rebuild is reconciled against the old site before delivery — anything the old site had, the new one has — and it is not delivered until that check is clean.
A proposed change whose "before" no longer matches the live page is rejected by the build, not applied to a page that has moved on.
