A template page nobody had touched, on a domain registered 2026-09-14.
Where it stood
A clinic in Taipei — internal medicine, paediatrics and its own pharmacy — whose site was a template page the previous vendor had left alone. The clinic's own domain was registered on 2026-09-14, so there was no search history to work from, and the site carried a line advertising a commercial third-party tie-up that the advertising code does not allow.

The plan
Rebuild on a template the clinic can live with for years, not a one-off design that nobody can maintain.
Treat the advertising code as the brief, not as a review at the end. What the code does not list, the page does not say.
What we did for Mingxin Clinic
Site rebuilt from a licensed template base; thirteen of the clinic's own photographs reviewed and seven used, with every member of the public in them irreversibly blurred and checked by eye one by one. No generated images at all.
A line advertising a commercial third-party tie-up was removed: the advertising code lists what a clinic may put in an advert, and a commercial tie-up is not on that list.
The template shipped with a commercial typeface from a piracy source. It was replaced with a self-hosted open-licence face before anything went live.
A doctors page built from the six doctors and their qualifications that the old site already published — anything the old site had, the new one has.
Opening hours re-read from a photograph of the door, magnified ten times cell by cell, because the brief and the door did not agree. The discrepancy went to the clinic to confirm.
Search Console verified for the domain and the sitemap submitted with no errors (2026-09-15), plus IndexNow pushed to the other engines the same day.
What we changed after measuring
A gate was written for this site alone — 41 facts that must appear, 22 phrases that must not, plus contrast, type size and overflow — and then tested backwards: tampering with a doctor's name, adding a forbidden claim and dulling the contrast each turned it red.
The opening animation and the page-transition curtain were removed after the owner said arriving at a black screen was not welcoming. Removing them broke the page's own reveal, which had been attached to that sequence, so five elements had to be restored by hand.
What it did
There is nothing to report yet and this page will not invent it: the domain was registered on 2026-09-14, so the Search Console baseline is zero rows — expected, not broken.
Photographs are the clinic's own; every member of the public in them is blurred. Advertising copy checked line by line against the code. The clinic is named with its consent.
Search Console verified and the sitemap submitted the same week.
